Nathan Geoffrey Eccleston is an English footballer who plays as a striker. He started his career as a youth player at Bury before moving to Liverpool's youth system. Eccleston made his debut for Liverpool in a League Cup tie against Arsenal and his Premier League debut a few days later against Fulham. He later had loan spells at Huddersfield, Charlton, and Rochdale before a permanent move to Blackpool in the summer of 2012. Eccleston briefly played for Tranmere Rovers on loan from Blackpool. Eccleston retired from professional football on July 1, 2016, after his last club, Békéscsaba.
